Terms of service
By using uaisync you agree to these terms.
The service
uaisync syncs and merges contacts between address books you connect. You choose the accounts and the syncs; it acts only on them.
Your responsibilities
- Connect only accounts you are allowed to use, and keep your sign-in e-mail secure.
- You are responsible for the contacts in your lists, including having the right to store and process other people’s details.
- Do not use the service to break the law or to harm the providers you connect.
Safety and your data
Every sync starts as a dry run you approve, and a run that would change too much stops on its own. Even so, a sync writes to your contact lists: keep your own backup of anything you cannot lose. You can delete your account and data at any time; see the privacy policy.
No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or for data lost through a provider’s change or failure. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms or the service and will say so in the app. You can stop at any time by deleting your account; we may suspend an account that abuses the service.
Law
Brazilian law applies, and the courts of your domicile hear disputes where the law gives you that right.
